What are the ingredients in A+ TestCalmer?

A+ TestCalmer contains the following carefully chosen herbal and homeopathic ingredients: 

• Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) is a natural calming remedy which acts as a safe, soothing and non-addictive nerve tonic.

How is A+ TestCalmer used?
